SubCM (“we”, “us”) provides construction bid and project management software. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.
What we collect
- Marketing sign-ups: your email address, and the page or campaign you came from, when you request a free resource.
- Account data: name, email, organization, and the bid/project data you enter when you use the app.
How we use it
- Deliver the resource you requested.
- Send occasional product updates and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
- Provide, secure, and improve the SubCM service.
Legal basis
For marketing emails we rely on your consent, given when you submit your email. You may withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — e.g. our email provider (Mailgun) and database/hosting infrastructure — under agreements that limit their use to providing those services.
Retention
We keep marketing-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Account data is kept for the life of your account and a reasonable period afterward.
Your rights
